I represent startup companies during all phases of the startup process, including incorporation, initial corporate documents, seed funding, other private financings, and mergers and acquisitions. I also represent investors and broker-dealers in financings.

On any given day, I’m either incorporating a startup company, working on a financing, or negotiating an acquisition or other corporate deal. Most days I’m doing all of the above.
